| Venue: | The training and the rehearsals will take place in the local school, in neighboring general purpose buildings, and in the Parish Church of Sigriswil in the Bernese Oberland |

| Timetable: | Daily 10 am - 1 pm and 5 pm - 10 pm Saturday and Sunday are rehearsal days; final rehearsals are full-time |
| Accommodation: | in holiday apartments and studios |
| Participants: | Scholarship holders, exam candidates and graduates of recognized Music Universities and equivalent institutions |
| Objectives: | In the Opernwerkstatt, talented young vocalists will study arias and ensemble compositions, thereby developing their artistic potential which they will demonstrate in scenic public performances. We are focussing on the fostering of individual talents. The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung described the Opernwerkstatt as “a glimmer of hope”. |
